Decent run-out against a young well organised Rovers side. First half played some neat, quick football and could have had a few goals to follow Edenborough's well taken effort early on. Second half we again had most of the play, a very fit looking Griff proved a real handful for their back line. Presumably the squad will get trimmed this week as there were a lot of lads out there at the end who'll be looking elsewhere to play their football.

We have a good left back pushing for a place, think his name is Tom berrington. saw him play in the calne game he is
very fast and can cross the ball in good,i heard that after he came on he played rather well. Wish he could play on the right thats where we need the cover. |

Hmm. I didn't think we played particularly well IMHO
If we can't beat a bunch of kids then what hope have we against the rest of the southern league? We should have completely dominated at set pieces since the kids had no height, but our only goal came from (surprisingly) open play. perhaps I'm being harsh |
